Panettone or Pandoro? For the first time at èCucina for this Christmas we want to teach you both! After the excitement of last Christmas, with èPanettone, the handmade panettone made with love by our Alessandro with the recipe of Nonno Leone, this year we want to teach you also the homemade Pandoro!

Martina, grandfather Leone’s pastry shop Grandfather Leone Cortelazzo has left me the recipes of family patisserie, born in Este two centuries ago, and then also opened  in Verona. With Alessandro for years we browse through “something” that inspires us, even for our cooking school. I remember well the rare flavors of when I was little and arrived at home the sweets of my grandfather or pastry of my family! Among those recipe books, even the Pandoro!

What you learn

 During the course, lasting about four and a half hours, you will see the dough already made at different stages of leavening and you will still see all the necessary steps to create your Panettone at hom. You will make yourself with the bakery chef the dough with the planetary from home
 

Who teaches

Alessandro Lasferza, bakery chef, head of the bakery, bread and pizza section, of èCucina, professor of the Junior Bakery Academy, trained at the Molino Quaglia Bread Academy and at the Professional Course for Bakers of Castalimenti di Brescia. He loves to teach, he loves to give all the necessary information, he does not fear that your pizza is better than his, you’ll have to stop it!
