The vegetarian and vegan cuisine is for you!
A new 100% practical course in a single work station where each course will prepare three vegan dishes together with the chef and will explore new recipes with vegetable proteins.
If you are a vegetarian or if you are new to vegetable cooking or simply have an open mind and want to try some vegetarian dishes, then this course is for you!
At one time, due to the lack of a really interesting vegetarian gastromic culture, dishes with only vegetables or cereals and legumes could have seemed a punishing and boring undertaking. And yet so many dishes of our tardions are based on vegetables and legumes! Today more and more people have adopted a healthier lifestyle and do not disdain to introduce tasty vegetarian recipes in their diet. Indeed, sometimes it is easier to please everyone with vegetarian dishes, which once we never thought of creating, light, healthy, tasty and even a little spectacular!
In the practical course of vegetarian and vegan seconds on Monday April 6 at 7.30 pm, under the guidance of Martina Cortelazzo, at è Cucina In Via XX Settembre, 90 in Verona you will discover new recipes with vegetable proteins that you can use every day or on special occasions!
Vegetarian cuisine, properly treated, is a cuisine rich in flavors, delicacies, possibilities for personal experimentation and haute cuisine satisfactions!
What I will learn
The course is practical and you will prepare the following recipes with the chef:
Tempeh in teryiaki sauce with seasonal vegetables
Smoked tofu roll with Verona celery, pistachio and citrus oil, chickpea puree and ginger
Legume greenburger, turmeric mayonnaise and sweet and sour cabbage
the menu may have variations based on seasonality
Who teaches?
Martina Cortelazzo, the director of è cucina, has specialized and continues to study with the teachers of the Joia Academy in Milan of the chef Pietro Leemann, vegetarian chef awarded the Michelin star in his restaurant Joia.
His dishes are clearly inspired by the experience at the Joia academy and trace the contrasts of taste, colors, the use of “humble” vegetables and are accompanied by the joy of being able to eat tasty and tasty things!
