A new cooking class in Verona with the regional Tuscan cuisine as a protagostist! Luca Magagnotti, professor of the Junior Chef Academy of èCucina, will teach it on Monday january 20, 2020 at 7.30 pm, in Via XX Settembre, 90.
What will I learn?
A journey through the Tuscan cuisine under the guidance of chef Luca Magagnotti, teacher of the Junior Chef Academy of èCucina, who will guide the students in a practical course in which they will cook together the typical dishes of Tuscany.

Who teaches
Luca Magagnotti. Luca is a chef who has a great experience and knowledge of the world of meat. He had his own restaurant in Verona and worked for important starred restaurants. He then concentrated on teaching, is a teacher at the Hotel School and is a professor of the Junior Chef Academy of Verona. Its characteristics most appreciated by the participants are its precision, clarity of teaching and the ability to always create dishes with a well-balanced flavor. At the stations it leads everyone to create chef’s dishes!
