A 100% practical course of an evening on pizza without secrets, Wednesday 28 September 2022 at 18.30 at èCucina in Verona, will teach you the art of pizza in the pan from the dough, to the filling, you will knead your pizza by hand to learn the secrets from a professional pizza maker!

Who teaches?

Alessandro Lasferza, bakery chef, head of the bakery, bread and pizza section, of èCucina, teacher of the Junior Bakery Academy, trained at the Bread Academy of Molino Quaglia and in the Professional Course for Bakery of Castalimenti in Brescia. He loves to teach, he loves giving all the necessary information, he is not afraid that your pizza is better than his, you will have to stop him!

How does it work? Short but full of challenge and techniques, which will allow you to have a solid base to start making your own pizza at home, or who knows, in your future laboratory or in your pizzeria! The course will give the theoretical basic notions on flours, doughs, leavening, techniques for rolling out and cooking especially the practical part, you can make some doughs yourself, then you will see the use of different ovens and mixers for the professional success of the pizza. But Alessandro will provide you with all the information to be able to do it at home!
