A new cooking class in Verona, which has as its protagonist the savory pies, the timbales that warm our tables and our hearts! The course will teach you the tricks to make them better. Luca Fasoli, the historical chef of èCucina, will teach us this at èCucina, Wednesday september 30 2020 at 19.30, in Via XX Settembre, 90.
What will I learn?
During the cooking course the chef will guide you immediately in practice, you will be involved in the preparation of the basic doughs, of all the preparations necessary to prepare 6 savory pies or timbales:
6 recipes to be sliced
Pasta brisee
Appareil for savory pies
1 Quiche Lorraine
2 Salted plum cake with anchovies, olives, dried tomatoes
3 Paté en croute
4 Mediterranean savory pie with tomatoes, scamorza, aromatic herbs, parmesan
5 Paccheri cake with ricotta and vegetables
6 leek, gorgonzola and potato strudel
Who teaches
Luca Fasoli has been in the kitchen staff since the beginning. Luca is a cook who has a great knowledge of the world of meat. Ten years ago he made the school grow with his extensive knowledge of cooking and teaching experience. His recipes are transmitted with the calm that distinguishes him and the desire to show students the most correct methodologies and without shortcuts that lead to a quality dish. His international training led him to be well-versed in many recipes from other countries of the world.
