How to make a good bread at home?

 

Learning the right recipe for home-made bread and focacce is possible when professions, like the teachers of the bakery section of èCucina, are humble enough to think about how to adapt their professional recipes, made with mixers and eneorm and performing ovens, to the instruments home.  A classic course with a high liking of èCucina in Verona, with bread, breadstick and focacce as a protagostist! Alessandro Laferza, our expert expert in leavening and mother yeast, will teach us on Monday february 25  at 7.30 pm, in Via XX Settembre, 90.

What will I learn?

During the cooking course the chef will guide you immediately in practice and you will prepare all the dough with him.

Giving the course you will learn:

information on the right flours to use
information on how to knead and how to leivitate things
information on cooking in home ovens
you will have the written recipes of what has been done
I prepared your dough
You will learn the various forms
You will learn how to build a basket made of bread dough to present your creations on the table!

The program will be

sandwiches of durum wheat semolina
soft rolls without vegan lactose
Sesame and poppy breadsticks
Focaccia di recco with stracchino cheese
Wholemeal muffins with olives

Basket made of bread to bring home how much done!

 

 

Who teaches

Alessandro Lasferza, bakery chef, head of the bakery, bread and pizza section, of èCucina, professor of the Junior Bakery Academy, trained at the Molino Quaglia Bread Academy and at the Professional Course for Bakers of Castalimenti di Brescia. He loves to teach, he loves to give all the necessary information, he does not fear that your pizza is better than his, you’ll have to stop it!
