A new course with the instinctive and passionate chef Giorgio Schifferegger whom we met when he was executive chef in Verona in prestigious restaurants and we were able to appreciate his experience, creativity and passion. From parsnips to turnips (the different types), from horseradish to turmeric are all ingredients that from the poor tradition are today the favorite ingredients of high-level chefs, for their infinite possibilities.
A highly anticipated return of the chef with some courses from this program!
A course with chef Giorgio is not simply a recipe course but a course full of basic notions and knowledge deriving from the chef’s many experiences in Italy and abroad, experiences that he shares generously and with passion in teaching.

Who teaches?
Giorgio Schifferegger, Central European origins, between Alto Adige and Austria, a tough apprenticeship in Italian and French kitchens, the childhood dream of becoming an aircraft pilot soon shattered in front of the passion for cooking inherited from the family, where to lift the lids pots was a daily amusement when you still had shorts on. A gastronomic passion that is cemented when the long meeting with the multi-starred masters of the French table and in particular the Parisian one takes place. A concentrate of sympathy, professionalism, deep knowledge and high communication skills. The chef is currently executive chef of the JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa Restaurant.
