Who is the teacher?
Luca Magagnotti. Luca is a cook who has a great deal of experience and knowledge of all-round classic cuisine. He had his own restaurant in Verona and worked for important starred restaurants. He then focused on teaching, is a teacher at the Hotel School and is a teacher at the Junior Chef Academy in Verona. Its characteristics most appreciated by students are its precision, clarity of teaching and the ability to always create dishes with a well-balanced flavor.
Type of course
The course, in compliance with the new Covid legislation, will be held in the largest kitchen, in compliance with safety distances, and is for a maximum of 6 people, each one will in fact have a table at his station! Cooking will be carried out by the chef.
