The egg, one of the typical dishes of everyday cuisine, has gained a place of honor in the most sophisticated gastronomic proposals. The egg has become, in fact, one of the flagships of the signature cuisine: the star chefs interpret it and offer it in different ways and recipes.
What will Ivan Bonamini’s egg be? And then … what will be your personal egg recipe ?!
We discover, in a brand new cooking course, how to make different egg cookings, using various techniques and creating three dishes in a single work station.
It will be taught by èCucina in Verona, chef Ivan Bonamini, sous-chef of Matteo Rizzo, Ristorante il Desco, 1 Michelin star that will take us on a practical course to reveal the technical secrets of the eggs.

A cooking course in a single work station, with limited places, to create live delicious egg-themed recipes together with the young chef Ivan Bonamini of Ristorante Il Desco, and you will also learn:
the nutritional values of the egg
the freshness of the eggs
more delicate cooking such as a few eggs and a low temperature
the different uses of albumen and yolk
the various reactions of the egg to cooking
You can ask the chef your doubts about using the egg!

Who teaches?
We have known and appreciated Ivan in the course of cooking the Stars in èCucina in which he was invited to illustrate and let the students create three dishes from the Menù de Il Desco, a Veronese restaurant with 1 Michelin Star, of which Ivan is sous-chef. The chef has a well-rounded experience in the field of cuisine ranging from traditional cuisine to pastry, to starred cuisine. During the courses Ivan is precise, helpful, generous in explanations and in revealing the tricks to make top dishes at home too. Its distinctive clarity makes it a special teacher for both professionals and amateurs.
