A cuisine based on poor and not very precious foods but, at the same time, very rich in flavors and aromas, a source of life for the body, mind and spirit An entire menu with an Indian flavor interpreted at èCucina by chef Ivan Bonamini.

Let’s find out, in a brand new cooking class, how to make Indian dishes, interpreted by chef Bonamini, and thus be able to amaze guests with an Indian themed dinner!

You will discover new ethnic recipes, the Indian recipes of chef Ivan, how to create an entire Indian menu.

Chef Ivan Bonamini, Matteo Rizzo’s sous-chef, Ristorante il Desco, 1 Michelin star, will teach us this at èCucina in Verona, who will take us to a course on Indian cuisine that is all new in cuisine in great demand.

We met and appreciated Ivan during the Le Stelle cooking class at èCucina where he was invited to illustrate and have the students prepare three dishes from the Menu of Il Desco, a Veronese restaurant with 1 Michelin Star, of which Ivan is the sous-chef. The chef has a well-rounded experience in the field of cooking that ranges from traditional cuisine to pastry, to starred cuisine. During the courses Ivan is precise, available, generous in his explanations and in revealing the tricks to make top dishes even at home. Its expository clarity makes it a special teacher for both professionals and amateurs.
