All about meat in a single workingstation with a chef? The best way to answer your meat doubts!

How to cook meat perfectly? Respect the cooking temperatures of the meat? Create real meat main courses?

A new practical cooking course in Verona in a single work station that has meat and its cooking as its protagonist! With chef Luca Fasoli, Wednesday 4 March 2020 at 19.30, in Via XX Settembre, 90.

What will I learn?

A course to learn the basics of meat, cooked in a pan with short cooking, classic cuts, from flavor to professional cooking. Chef Luca Fasoli, èCucina’s top teacher, will guide the students in a 100% practical course, with three recipes to be performed in a single workstation.

In this date version with single workstations, maximum 9 people

You will prepare the following dishes yourself under the guidance of the chef:

Beef millefeuille with confit tomatoes, Vezzena and spinach

Braised with Valpolicella beef cheeks

GMO free port chicken leg and pomegranate

During the cooking class the chef will guide you immediately in practice and you will prepare with him all the mise en place, that is all the basic preparations that will be needed to compose the three dishes. So you will learn:

-to use the right meat

– to understand when it is cooked

-to create new combinations with meat

Who teaches

Luca Fasoli has been in the kitchen staff since the beginning. Ten years ago he made the school grow with his extensive knowledge of cooking and teaching experience. His recipes are transmitted with the calm that distinguishes him and the desire to show students the most correct methodologies and without shortcuts that lead to a quality dish. His international training led him to be well-versed in many recipes from other countries of the world
