Learning how to make chocolate cake at home? Directly from the young  competitor of the TV show “Il più grande pasticcere?”

Now it’s possible at èCucina: after last year’s success here is a new date with the young Veronese pastry chef Debora Vena, from the “Chocolat” pastry shop!

Here is a new pastry course at èCucina, aVerona, which has as a protagostist a classic of pastry: chocolate! Chocolate-based desserts that we can also create at home if a professional pastry chef with great qualities of precision, calm and availability teaches us !

Debora Vena, will teach  on Monday 2 December at 7.30 pm, in Via XX Settembre, 90.

What will I learn?

During the cooking course the pastry chef will guide you immediately and prepare chocolate sweets with her

Fondant Grand Cru tart and raspberries

Sacher cakes

Mousse mignon with three chocolates

the program could change due to Debora’s desire to make new recipes

The pastry course for didactic needs has theoretical moments, in which the pastry chef will explain the behavior of certain mixtures and, with this information, will help you not to make mistakes then at home.

The essential steps of dexterity for the success of the mignon at home will instead be carried out directly by you: the use of the sac sa poche, the printing of cream puffs, the assembly of the various pastries etc.

Who teaches

Debora Vena is a young and enterprising pastry of our Verona, her style reflects her professional philosophy: essentiality, elegance, balance, harmony of flavors and colors. The youngest of all competitors, at the age of 23, reached the third step of the podium participating in the competition of “Il più grande pasticcere” broadcast on Rai2 in 2015. At èCucina involved the participants with its extreme sweetness, calmness and care not to forget important information and professional secrets, leading them to prepare a sumptuous mignon buffet!

I pay the same evening? No, to get you the course well prepared, with the weighed ingredients and everything you need, èCucina must know exactly the number of participants in time. You can pre-register and then pay within ten days of the course. So you will have your place secured!
