Dolci del Sud, the course on sweets of the greedy tradition of Southern Italy: cannoli, pastiera and babà!

Here is a course to learn the art of pastry with very strong traditions from poor pastry to high pastry desserts under the guidance of the Neapolitan chef Biagio Giannetti. The Neapolitan pastiera will teach us on Friday 13 November at 7.30 pm at èCucina in Via XX Settembre, 90.

What will you learn?

-how to create the three most classic and delicious desserts of tradition

-how to make a pastiera from a real Neapolitan chef

-how to make cannolo dough, how to shape, how to fry and stuff it

-how to make a greedy baba!

Who is the teacher?

Biagio Giannetti is a school teacher and is therefore a teaching professional as well as a cook who easily ranges in the field of Italian and international cuisine, which makes him a valuable teacher for the school. Each of his techniques and recipes is explained with precision and patience and with the aim of transmitting it correctly. Students also love him for his energetic and sunny temperament, like a good Campania!
