A new course with new stimuli on bread
A èCucina Alessandro has been studying different and new recipes for bread and, at the same time, the simplest and most repeatable way at home.
The focus is above all on the practice, the technique of kneading, the order of ingredients in the ingredients, on the management of the leavening of the dough.
Why is this important? because once you understand the mechanism – and do not go home until we are sure it is so! – you can create your own bread with your personalized recipe!
