The tailored cooking courses, aimed at workgroups and companies, offer the opportunity to adapt the lessons to different needs and can be organized both at the company headquarters and/or at “è cucina”site by choosing the most suitable format; from the three-hour courses to the longer ones: one, two or more days.
The structure of the course will be thought of as a “script” which can be decided together. It can be a single event of a cultural and recreational nature, arranged for special occasions like Christmas, Easter, New Year ‘s dinner or a Cooking Team building workshop (which can be used to analyse the dynamics within a workgroup with the contribution of different professional figures).
The method will be interactive and it will involve the students in the preparation of dishes under the guidance of experienced chefs willing to share the secrets of their own recipes.
“Hands on the dough” is, indeed, a pleasant way to consolidate a group and stimulate cooperation
The courses include: the lesson, the ingredients and the necessary tools, the printed recipes, the certificate of attendance and the tasting of a glass of excellent wine together with the food prepared.
