A practical course on the preparation of quick and delicious dressing and sauces
The sauces are a must in the kitchen, made to perfection, they give the turning point to good but a little boring dishes.
Self-producing our sauces at home is an added value! We can prepare them in advance and store them, making a boiled potato, fish or vegetable a special dish .
You will no longer have to buy them and then eat sauces with preservatives and additives and you can have fun making your own sauces at home for every need, from the aperitif, to the first course, to the second. You will know how to serve meat, vegetables, fish on every occasion!
What you will learn to produce at home:
the vinaigrette
the mayonnaise
the tartar sauce
the Bernese sauce
the tzaziki sauce
the chickpea hummus
the eggplant caviar
the pesto
ponzu sauce or teryaki
the guacamole
A “vintage” cooking course in Verona, revisited with an update to the sauces of the moment, such as sauces based on soy sauce and avocado. The course will teach you the tricks to make them better. Luca Fasoli, chef of èCucina, will teach us this at èCucina on Tuesday 20 September 2022 at 7.00 pm, in Via XX Settembre, 90.
The course, in compliance with the new Covid legislation, will be held in compliance with safety distances.
Who teaches
Luca Fasoli has been on the kitchen staff from the very beginning. Luca is a cook who has a great knowledge of the world of meat. Ten years ago he made the school grow with his extensive knowledge of cooking and teaching experience. His recipes are transmitted with the calm that distinguishes him and the desire to show the students the most correct methodologies and without shortcuts that lead to a quality dish. His international training has led him to be well versed in many recipes from other countries around the world.
