Here is a practical course All about octopus, cuttlefish and squid dedicated to three much loved molluscs 
A course in great demand by our beloved students to learn more about octopus cooking and have no more secrets about using cuttlefish and squid!
Chef Luca Magagnotti will teach us  the techniques to do it better! To eliminate your doubts about how to treat molluscs, and in particular, octopus, cuttlefish and squid, you need to have the tips of a true chef like Luca who will teach on Friday,  September 23  at 7.00 pm at èCucina in Via XX Settembre, 90.
