Who does not have a pleasant memory in a characteristic Venetian bacaro and its ciccheti and “ombre”.
The Venetian cuisine is full of stimuli both as regards the appetizers, the cicheti in fact, and for the delicious traditional recipes.
We asked our chef Luca Magagnotti to give us his version of some traditional Veronese dishes, a cuisine of the sea but also of the land, from sardines in saor to cuttlefish ink.
All this at èCucina, in Via xx Settembre, 90 in Verona, Friday 7 February at 19.30.
What will you learn?
You will learn some traditional Venetian bacaro dishes, but not only, the chef will also teach the most correct cooking techniques and all the secrets of his great culinary knowledge!
Who teaches
Luca Magagnotti. Luca is a cook who has a great experience and knowledge of the world of meat. He had his own restaurant in Verona and worked for important starred restaurants. He then concentrated on teaching, is a teacher at the Hotel School and is a teacher of the Junior Chef Academy of Verona. Its characteristics most appreciated by trainees are its precision, clarity of teaching and the ability to always create dishes with a well-balanced flavor. At the workstations he leads everyone to create chef’s dishes
