Whant to Create dishes with different textures using the siphon?

A siphon menu in the new èCucina course dedicated to a kitchen utensil that is now indispensable for creating haute cuisine even at home!
The soft foam will have no longer secrets! A chef who works in a star restaurant will teach you!
The siphon has long been used in the bar to produce effervescence. After the revolutionary chef Ferran Adrià used it in 1994 to produce soft foam, he made it a trend tool.
Currently, every respectable restaurant and chef does not renounce the use of the siphon and its possibilities to reach new levels.
Today with the siphon you can prepare from the potato mousse to the dark chocolate mousse !
A new cooking course in Verona!  Ivan Bonamini, sous-chef at Ristonate Il Desco, 1 Michelin Star, will teach all about siphon on Monday 25 November at 7.30pm, in Via XX Settembre, 90.

How do I register?

I pay the same evening? No, to make you find the course well prepared, with the weighed ingredients and all that is needed èCucina must know exactly the number of participants in time. You can pre-register and then pay within ten days of the course. So you will have your place secured!
