How to approach vegetarian cuisine? The best thing is to approach trying the delicious recipes, of high natural cuisine of great star chefs, like those of chef Pietro Leemann from Milan.
Where? In our cooking school in Verona in via XX Settembre, Monday December 16 at the course of high vegetarian cuisine held by one of the chefs of the Joia Restaurant, and teachers of the Joia Academy, who will present some recipes of the Restaurant Joia, a Michelin star.
Perhaps we grew up in times when vegetarian cuisine did not enjoy a good reputation because of its association, often true, with boring dishes, with an uninviting and non-nutritious color. In reality, as chef Alaian Ducasse already claimed in 2014, haute cuisine has undeniably had a vegetarian twist!
That’s why from 2017, èCucina is happy to start a twinning with the Joia Academy high school in Milan under the guidance of chef Pietro Leemann regarding the “plant based” section with starred thematic courses!
How it works The stars at èCucina: the Joia menu?
For the sixth time in èCucina, the Joia presents dishes on the menu of the Michelin-starred restaurant Joia in Milan, an exciting course, a gastronomic experience of colors and flavors for those who already know the vegetarian cuisine, a cognitive path for those who want to discover how to approach to vegetarian cuisine or simply broaden your horizons.
We will dine with the dishes prepared by the chef for you with the vegetarian and vegan recipes of a great chef
What do you learn?
The chef selects 2 or 3 dishes from the menu of the Joia Restaurant in Milan, 1 Michelin star, and will perform them with all the details and recipes to be able to reproduce them at home. To see the starred dishes of chef Pietro Leeman go to the site http://www.joia.it/
Important note: do you have an intolerance?
If you don’t like any ingredient or you have an intolerance you can avoid it on your plate without problems.
