An ethnic and stimulating cooking course under the guidance of the North African-born chef Nabil Bakouss, chef at the Joia Restaurant in Milan, a Michelin star.
Moroccan cuisine and the Maghreb kitchens are some of the finest cuisines in the world. Each family has its own personal blend of “ras-el hanout” the famous spice blend that makes up the secret for a perfect and fragrant tajine.
Chef Nabil will let us taste his own!
Who is the chef?
Nabil Bakouss is a talented young chef, solar and determined, as a good chef of Starred Restaurant communicates a cuisine rich in techniques and flavors. At èCucina is a professor of vegetarian and vegan haute cuisine in collaboration with the Joia Academy. In this course, its Maghreb and Maroccan cuisine, a course at the great request of the students who met him, the chef combines his deep knowledge of raw materials with a passion for traditional Maghreb cuisine, bringing his personal vision, recreating the aromas of his land through spices and vegetables and traditional and dishes such as cous cous and tajine.
