A specific course dedicated to  tuna and salmon, two fish that lend themselves to fast and wise cooking ! Luca Fasoli teaches us to never eat slices of tuna or salmon too cooked!

The course will be held in the kitchen with individual work stations in which everyone will have their own workplace. Limited seats

Sliced tuna with mustard, raw caponata and basil oil

Seared salmon with horseradish sauce and whiskey

Chunks of tuna and salmon pistachio with stewed leeks

Who teaches

 

Luca Fasoli is in the staff of is kitchen from the beginning. Luca is a chef who has a great knowledge of the world of meat. Ten years ago he grew the school with his extensive knowledge of cooking and teaching experience. His recipes are transmitted with the calm that distinguishes him and the desire to show to the students the most correct methodologies and without shortcuts that lead to a quality dish. His international training led him to be used in many recipes in other countries of the world.
