Now it is possible at  èCucina: after the success of last year, here is a new date with the young confectioner from Verona, Debora Vena, from the pastry shop “Chocolat”! Here is a new cooking class at èCucina, aVerona, which has as its protagostist a classic pastry: the miniature pastries! The delicious sweet morsels that we can create at home if we teach them a professional pastry chef with great skills of precision, calm and availability !

What will I learn?

During the cooking course, the pastry chef will guide you immediately and prepare with her three significant miniature pastries that include many bases of classic and innovative pastry.

Cream bignè craquelin
Exotic (panna cotta, vanilla and lime, coconut financier, passion fruit jam
Sablè tartlet with red fruits
The pastry course for educational needs has theoretical moments, in which the pastry will explain the behavior of certain doughs and with this information will help you not to make mistakes then at home, and moments when Debora will  make the doughs:  the student will have the necessary concentration to understand the consistencies and highlights and then reproduce them at home.
The essential steps of manuality for the success of the mignon at home will instead be performed directly by you: the use of the sac a poche, the printing of cream puffs, the assembly of the various pastries etc.

Who teaches

Debora Vena , young and enterprising Veronese pastry chef, , his style reflects his professional philosophy: essentiality, elegance, balance, harmony of flavors and colors. The youngest of all competitors, at 23 she reached the third step of the podium by participating in the competition of «the greatest pastry chef» broadcast on Rai2 in 2015. At èCucina involved the participants with its extreme sweetness, calm and care not to forget important information and professional secrets, leading them to the preparation of a sumptuous buffet of mignon!
