Here is a new course with ideas from the beloved French cuisine. an entire menu: from Paris with love!
French cuisine is full of stimuli both in terms of techniques and traditional recipes.
We asked none other than the chef Andrea Costantini, chef of the Regio Patio restaurant in Garda in the Hotel Regina Adelaide to give us his version of some traditional French dishes, a cuisine of long historical tradition of techniques and foundations also important for Italian cuisine.
The chef Andrea met him when he was the talented right-hand man of the chef Bruno Barbieri and now he has reached his size at the restaurant located inside the fabulous Hotel Regina Adelaide in Garda.
All this at èCucina, in Via xx Settembre, 90 in Verona, Wednesday 20 February at 19.30.

Who teaches
Chef Andrea Costantini, the soul of the cuisine of the Regio Patio Restaurant. Sous-chef of Bruno Barbieri at Villa del Quar, the two chefs spend nine years together in which they reach the two Michelin stars and the three forks of the Gambero Rosso. After over ten years in starred restaurants, Andrea today expresses his personal dimension of contemporary Italian cuisine.
Chef Andrea has a vast and prestigious experience of starred cuisine and extreme humility that makes him a patient and caring teacher and a friend of èCucina!
